<span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Lead Design Projects: As an individual contributor, you&rsquo;ll take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from research to final implementation.Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with branding, campaigns, and overall user engagement strategies.<br/>Design for Web and Mobile: Create responsive, user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications using tools like Balsamiq, Figma, and Adobe Suite.<br/>Wireframing &amp; Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.<br/>User Research &amp; Testing: Conduct user research (including usability testing, surveys, and interviews) to gather feedback and improve designs.<br/>Ensure Consistency: Maintain visual consistency across digital platforms while adhering to LYBL&#39;s design principles and branding guidelines.<br/>Iterative Design Process: Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user insights.<br/>Time Management: Handle multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery.</span></span> <span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: -apple-system, Arial;">As a Freelance Senior UI/UX Designer, you will work as an individual contributor, driving the UI/UX initiatives for our digital products.
